The word yoga is defined as "union" of the mind, body, and heart. "Ha" represents the sun or male energy while "tha" represents the moon or female energy. It is through the practice of yoga in which the integration of our separate parts unite as "ONE ENERGY". The asanas or postures align the body and as we travel inward using the breath and meditations, we align the physical, mental, sensory and spiritual selves. Hatha Yoga combines the study of breath, physical movement and meditation into a spiritually enlightening experience. Researchers have documented the many health and medical benefits of practicing yoga which include, but are not limited to the following: improved strength, flexibility, and stamina; lowered blood pressure; and the healing and prevention of injuries. Sign up for a yoga class or yoga party to be held in your home! A minimum of four guests or students is recommended at a rate of $8.00 per person for a 75 minute class.
Private sessions include a brief history, identified medical concerns, poses to promote healing, breathwork and meditative exercises to create a positive state of health and awareness. Sessions can be conducted in your home as a 75 minute instruction for $65.00 as an initial fee. The fee for consecutive sessions is $60.00 for 75 minutes.
The word Reiki is a Japanese word. "Rei" connotes universal, sacred, or spiritual and "Ki" means energy. Reiki refers to the giving and receiving of unconditional love and we define this energy as "Universal Life Force Energy". Reiki provides the individual with a positive shift in dealing with health, career, and spiritual unfoldment. Cleansing and removal of harsh or unwanted energies frees us to raise the quality of our life force energy to the highest level that our body, mind, and spirit will accept. The initial Reiki session consists of a brief intake of information regarding any areas of concern, the actual treatment, a clearing of unwanted energies, and a documentation of results (not on your time). The fee is $75.00 for 90 minutes. Future sessions: $65.00 for 75 minutes. Sessions may be held in your home or my home. The fee for a long distance Reiki session is $55.00 for 75 minutes.
REIKI I - Class includes the intention of Reiki, the history of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, how to perform self-treatment and treatments on others, the Reiki hand positions, and the Reiki I attunement to become a Reiki I Practitioner. Students will receive a Reiki I manual and a certificate. Fee: $80.00 which includes snacks, drinks, manual and certificate for two, three hour classes.

REIKI II - The Reiki I class is a prerequisite. This class will enhance the power of Reiki, enable the student to direct Reiki for specific purposes, teach the student the three Reiki symbols and how to perform a long distance healing session. Students will become a Reiki II Practitioner, receive a Reiki II manual and a certificate.
